Your questions, answered here!- When can I check in to my campsite? Click On When can I check in to my campsite? Campsites have a check-in time of 1:00 pm. Arrive early to set up, relax, and start enjoying all the fun activities we have to offer!
- What time is check-in for cabins and cottages? Click On What time is check-in for cabins and cottages? Check-in for cabins and cottages is at 2:00 pm. This gives us time to prepare your space so you can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
- When do I need to check out from my campsite, cabin, or cottage? Click On When do I need to check out from my campsite, cabin, or cottage? Campsites have a check-out time of 1:00 pm. Cabins and cottages check-out is at 11:00 am. Enjoy a final morning of fun and relaxation before heading home!
- Can I use my bike, roller blades, or skateboard at the park? Click On Can I use my bike, roller blades, or skateboard at the park? We encourage you to enjoy bikes, roller blades, and skateboards during daylight hours. For everyone's safety, motorized bikes, scooters, and golf carts are prohibited. Have fun and stay safe!
- How many vehicles are allowed per campsite? Click On How many vehicles are allowed per campsite? Each campsite allows one car and one camping unit. Additional cars need to be registered and parked in guest parking. Enjoy your stay with convenient parking options!
- Can I have guests visit during my stay? Click On Can I have guests visit during my stay? Yes, guests are welcome with an additional fee and registration, except on Holiday, Car Show, or Halloween weekends. Invite friends and family for extra fun but check those special dates!
- Can I bring my own firewood? Click On Can I bring my own firewood? For the safety of our trees, Jellystone Park prohibits bringing in outside firewood due to Emerald Ash Borer bugs and other tree diseases. Firewood is available for purchase at the Campstore.
- Are campfires allowed within the park? Click On Are campfires allowed within the park? Due to a city ordinance, campfires are limited. Campfire rings are available at Cottage/Cabin Sites, Deluxe Plus Sites, Premium, and Deluxe Sites. You may also bring small fireplaces 12 inches off the ground for use at your campsite.
- What are the minimum stay requirements for special weekends? Click On What are the minimum stay requirements for special weekends? Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay with a deposit for all three nights. Car Show and Halloween weekends require a two-night minimum stay with both nights paid as a deposit. Plan ahead for these special events!
